Samara: a verdict was passed in the case under Art. 280

In April 2022, a court in Samara sentenced local resident Gleb Petrov to 1.5 years of probation, finding him guilty of publishing materials inciting violence on a social network.
In April 2022, it became known that the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Samara issued a verdict in the case of public incitement to extremism (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code).

In the dock was 24-year-old Gleb Petrov, who, according to law enforcement agencies, published materials on the Internet with calls for violence. Details, unfortunately, were not reported.

The court found Petrov guilty and sentenced him to 1.5 years of probation, and also banned him from posting materials on the Internet for 1 year.
