Fire broke out at Transneft-Druzhba oil depot in Bryansk

A fire broke out at the Transneft-Druzhba oil depot in Bryansk on the night of April 25. According to the press service of the Bryansk region government, the oil depot's tank farm caught fire.

Head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin ordered an investigation into the circumstances of the fire. The Ukrainian General Staff and the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate did not comment on the explosions in any way.

The press service of the Regional Emergencies Ministry Directorate said the fire was assigned an elevated ranking. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.

«The fire has been confirmed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations <...>. There is also a confirmation of the oil tanks catching fire. All the rescue services have been sent to the affected area», the message of the Ministry of Emergency Situations says.
