
RIA Novosti writes that two residents located near the burning oil depot the street heard two explosions. The agency claims that they negatively answered the question of whether helicopters flying over the oil depot.
On April 1, a strong fire occurred at the Rosneft oil depot in Belgorod. The governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov then claimed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are behind the fire. At first he stated that two base employees were injured and nothing threatens their lives, he later clarified that there were no victims.
In the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk regions bordering with Ukraine, as well as in two border regions of the Voronezh region and in the north of Crimea, a high level of terrorist danger was introduced. In addition, the Russian authorities introduced this regime in several areas of the Krasnodar Territory.
