
The girl said that she learned to drive at seven years old. She decided to get behind the wheel in order to deliver the wounded as soon as possible until they lost too much blood. Lisa was going to take them to the Bakhmut, and on the exit from the pupa car the Russian military fired at the car. The girl was injured by her legs: she was torn off the little finger on her left leg and the right knee was shot twice. Despite this, she continued the trip.
“I could do almost nothing, the car stalled. Barely started, and we drove on. But then the car was still stalled, because the battery shot a bullet. I could, but drove. Of course, it turned out not easy, it was very painful, but at least somehow. I would not abandon them under fire, ”Lisa said.
As a result of the shelling, Lisa was through the knee wound, also subsequently amputated part of the finger. To the hospital of St. Nicholas in Bakhmut, the military helped her and her passengers. The director of the hospital, the doctor Zoryan Ivanyuk, said that the girl and adults are now under the supervision of doctors. Lisa has a long physical rehabilitation.
