In Samara, another Orthodox parish is seeking recognition of ownership of buildings through the court

On May 31, 2022, it became known that Vladimir parish in Samara filed a lawsuit against the mayor's office, demanding recognize the parish's ownership of the buildings on Metallurgists Avenue, 37.

On August 22, it became known that during the trial proceedings, representatives of the mayor's office reported that they did not issue permits for construction, and the constructed buildings were not put into operation properly way. At the initiative of the diocese, the court ordered an expert examination, which should establish whether Orthodox objects correspond to urban planning standards and whether they pose a threat to life.
