The tank with nitrogen exploded at the territory of the chemical plant in Severodonetsk as a result of the airstrike of Russian troops. This was announced in his channel in Telegram by the head of the Lugansk military administration Sergey Gaidai. He called on the residents of the city not to go out - nitric acid is dangerous to health.

“Airlines in Severodonetsk. Rashists fell into a tank with nitric acid at a chemical plant. Residents of the region! Do not go out of shelters! Action on a person: nitric acid is dangerous when inhaling, swallowing and entering the skin and mucous membranes, ”wrote Gaidai.

Pars of nitrogen cause an irritating effect on the respiratory tract, added Gaidai. With weak poisoning, signs of bronchitis, dizziness, drowsiness appear, with severe - pulmonary edema.

“To protect against vapor and fog of nitric acid, gas masks are used. Prepare protective face masks soaked with soda solution, ”Gaidai added.

Russian troops have already fired at the Severodonetsk chemical plant "Azot". When hitting the enterprise on May 24, four people were killed, one was injured.
