In Yekaterinburg, two residents of Tuva were not allowed into the club because of their appearance. Later, black people were not allowed into the same club.
On June 26, 2022, it became known that in Yekaterinburg, two residents of Tuva were not allowed to enter the Air club by a security guard, saying "that the matter is in their appearance and ethnicity." The girls showed him their Russian passports, but he continued to insist that he "couldn't let them in 'on the basis of racism'". On the same grounds, dark-skinned young people were later not allowed into the same bar.
According to one of the girls, "after the hate that poured on the club, the manager got in touch with us and apologized. He promised that he would take action against the security guard, or rather, he would be fired."
The manager's apology was posted on social media.
