
Konstantin Lakeev, against whom a criminal case was instituted in connection with protests in support of Alexei Navalny in 2021, was transferred to an unknown direction for the second time in a month. It is reported by the Telegram channel "Prisoners 212".
Lakeev was in pre -trial detention center No. 5 of Moscow “Vodnik”, where he was transferred at the end of June from the Butyrka pre -trial detention center.
In December 2021, a 20-year-old Tiktoker, also known as Kostya Kyiv, was sentenced to imprisonment in a colony for a period of 2 years 8 months. He was accused of spoiling property from hooligan motives (part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code).
According to investigators, Lakeev threw snowballs into the FSB car and kicked it during the action on January 23, 2021 in support of Alexei Navalny. He and several other young people, with whom he jointly made a video for Tiktok, was detained by the FSB officers in the evening of January 26, 2021. The detainees became witnesses in the Lakeev case. Subsequently, two more accused appeared in the case. One of them, the minor Gleb Borisov, was sentenced on September 1 to five years in prison for the application of force on a law enforcement officer and damage to property.
