A resident of Ivanovo was fined for posting a video on social networks in 2011, which was later banned - in our opinion, unlawfully.
On June 23, 2022, the Soviet District Court fined Ivanov a thousand rubles under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses to Nikita Rozhkov.
In November 2011, Rozhkov published a video on VKontakte "Let's remember the Rogues and Thieves their Manifesto-2002".
This video was recognized as extremist by the Kirovsky District Court of Novosibirsk in 2013, along with several materials by Russian nationalists. The content of the video boils down to listing a number of United Russia's unfulfilled election promises from the party's draft 2002 manifesto and calling for voting for any party other than United Russia. We consider the ban of this video unreasonable, and cases of persecution for its distribution - unlawful. Note that in June, a resident of Ivanovo, Semyon Voropanov, was also punished for a similar offense .
