The Cheremushkinsky District Court of Moscow released from the investigative isolator of the Vladimir activist, a supporter of the “left block” of Ruslan Abasov. The preventive measure assigned to him in the form of detention was changed to the ban on certain actions. This was reported by the human rights project "OVD-info" with reference to the lawyer Alexander Salamov.
Recall that the security forces are charged with Ruslan Abasov Hooliganism, committed using violence or the threat of its use (paragraph “a” of part 1 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). We are talking about the action against political repression, which took place at the end of December near the Building of the Federal Security Service in the South-Western District of Moscow.
During a protest campaign, which became the subject of a criminal case, two people with closed faces deployed near the FSB Banner building with the words: “Happy Chkista Day”, highlighting it with firecrackers. Earlier, the court repeatedly extended the activist the content in the pre -trial detention center. The human rights organization "Memorial" recognized Abasov as a political prisoner.
