In Moscow, a 72-year-old Catholic woman is accused of discrediting the army

On July 21, 2022, it became known about the initiation of a case on Art. 20.3.3 Administrative Code (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces Russian Federation) in relation to a 72-year-old parishioner of the Catholic Church of St. Louis in Moscow by Galina Borisova.

The reason for the administrative prosecution was that that she attached a note to the flag of Russia hanging on the temple with an inscription on Latin "No bellum" ("No war") and the statement that the Russian flag should not be next to flag of the Holy See. The leaf hung for several minutes.

I figured out the parishioner police on surveillance cameras. On July 20, the police came to her house, took her to the department, drew up a protocol on an administrative offense, after which they were released.

Recall that earlier in was initiated against the hieromonk ROCOR(A) a criminal case on discrediting the Armed Forces RF.
