The prosecutor's office is seeking a ban on the activities of the religious group "Allya-Ayat" in the Altai Territory

In July 2022, it became known that on June 15, the prosecutor's office of the Altai Territory applied to the Altai Regional Court with a claim for a ban activities of the religious group "Alla-Ayat" ("Elle-Ayat") in the territory of the region.

Plaintiff believes that used by followers teachings "Alla-Ayat" methods of treatment - the use of special tea, the pronunciation of the "formula life”, the appeal to the energy of the sun – “pose a potential danger to human health" and lead "to the refusal of citizens from official medical care" , and consequently, “the activity of the Alla-Ayat religious group violates the rights citizens in the field of health care and ensuring related rights state guarantees" .

In the text of the conclusion prepared by order of the regional FSB psychologist, in particular, it is reported about the signs of psychological impact on participants in meetings of a religious group, the main method of which is "suggestion in order to control consciousness, which is aimed at changing the system of value orientations of members of the movement "Alla-Ayat"" .

The lawsuit was filed in defense of the interests of an indefinite circle persons.

Recall that earlier the activities of Alla-Ayat were banned. in several regions, and in Barnaul , Novosibirsk and the Kemerovo region there were criminal cases were initiated under part 2 Art. 282. Criminal Code on the activities of Alla-Ayat.
