The family of another deceased - Artem Nechaev from the city of Gremyachinsk in the Perm Territory, who died three weeks later from the beginning of the war - received compensation from the state at 12.4 million rubles. However, they did not manage to spend money, scammers stole it from the mother’s account. Nechaeva was allegedly called on behalf of the "security service of the Central Bank", and she sent the attackers the entire amount of compensation in small transfers, and then took a loan for 1.5 million rubles. Now the family has to pay debts.

On July 12, “under execution” in Ukraine, 32-year-old special forces fighter Sergei Rzhavin died, he had a wife, a seven-year-old daughter and a five-year-old son. The family received compensation of 3 million rubles, and the major parents decided that with this money you need to buy an apartment for grandchildren.

Viktor Veloggorovov’s wife, who was blown up by a mine on June 11 in Ukraine, says that they had two children left.
