The production of Bayraktar drones will begin right in Ukraine
The Turkish company Baykar will build a Bayraktar drunken drone plant in Ukraine, said Ukraine’s ambassador to Turkey Vasily Bodnar.
According to him, Baykar has already created a company in Ukraine and acquired a land plot for construction, and a week ago the government approved a bilateral agreement and sent it to the ratification parliament.
“Making production in Ukraine was an almost personal obligation of the company's owners,” Bodnar emphasized.
The ambassador added that Ukrainian companies producing engines, wheels and spare parts will be involved in the Bayraktar production in Ukraine.
In July, Baykar responded to the offer of Vladimir Putin to build a plant for the production of drones in Russia. The director and co -owner of the company is the Selchuk Bayractar , who is the son -in -law of the Turkish President.
On July 18, Baykar Executive Director Haluk Bayraktar in an interview with CNN stated that he supports Ukraine in its struggle for sovereignty and independence and will never allow Russian drones of Bayraktar.
