At the Rector of Kherson University, an attempt was assigned to the occupying authorities

In Kherson, an attempt was made on the rector of Kherson State University Tatyana Tomilina, appointed to this post by the Russian occupation authorities of the city. This was announced by Ukrainian journalist Konstantin Ryzhenko with reference to the "press service of the Kherson underground."

Ryzhenko writes that Tomilina in intensive care, her guard died.

According to Russian state agencies, a homemade explosive device worked in Tomilin’s entrance. TASS and RIA Novosti, with reference to the statement of local authorities, report that the woman received mild injuries.

According to BAZA, Tomilina in serious condition, she was shell -shocked and wounded with fragments.

Tomilina received an appointment to the post of rector this summer. Immediately after the capture of the city, she began to cooperate with the occupation authorities. For the "Russian world" she spoke even before the war. In 2015, Tomilina claimed that on the site of the city sanitary and epidemiological station, the Americans equipped the biolaboratory for the money of the US Ministry of Defense.
