The Moscow Arbitration Court recognized the statement of the Russian legal entity of Google on bankruptcy and introduced a six -month surveillance procedure against the company, RIA Novosti reports .

The court will consider bankruptcy on the merits of March 13, 2023.

The Russian “daughter” Google has filed an application for its own bankruptcy on June 17. The company said that the amount of creditors' claims exceeded 19 billion rubles, while the company's assets amounted to about 3.5 billion.

In 2022, the property of the company in Russia was seized as the interim world in the claims of the Russian media, whose YouTube channels were deleted by Google.

Also, on Google, in the claims of Roskomnadzor, a working fine was imposed in the amount of over 7.2 billion rubles, which the company was supposed to pay until March 19.

In May, the bailiffs started a case of the forced recovery of these funds.
