Large parents want to be allowed to enter the mobilization reserve

They want to allow large parents to be allowed to enter the mobilization reserve. The corresponding amendments to the law were made by a group of State Duma deputies.
Now for large fathers the possibility of military service is closed.
As follows from the explanatory note to the bill, men, on the dependent of which there are three or more children, want to allow them to go to military training and sign up at the mobilization reserve.
The bill was introduced by deputies from United Russia Andrei Kartapolov, Andrei Krasov, Dmitry Sablin, Yuri Shvytkin, Andrey Gurulev, Victor Zavarzin, Georgy Karlov, Ivan Kvitka, Tatyana Kusayko and Evgeny Lebedev.
