Alongestic meetings on the set of volunteers look even more ambiguous: people promise one -time payments and other “benefits” in case of injury or death, and their leadership is asked to “allocate” several of their employees “to participate in their own”. Mediazona talked with employees of companies, from which they require material or human resources to participate in the war.

Here, the company guarantees 3 million rubles of payments, ”said Ivan Sukachev, head of the security department of the company, announced at a meeting of Transneft-Prikamye employees. As a source told Mediazone, who sent an audio recording of this meeting, the leadership invited employees of the Kovali pumping station in Tatarstan to a general fee on August 22.

Sukachev, who came to the meeting, immediately said that the record for war is “voluntary”, and “so that there are no disabilities, speculations and so as not to whisper with each other”, he is ready to immediately list all the benefits and opportunities to participate in “Switch”.

“There are two forms of participation in total,” Sukachev explained. - First: the contract is concluded with the Ministry of Defense for a period of six months. But, you yourself understand, in order to conclude a contract, health criteria and age restrictions are required, as it were, up to 50 years. The second option: an agreement is concluded as a volunteer for a period of three months. ”

The Head of the Department of Security, Transneft-Prikamye, emphasized that from its department of private security, 20 people have already “expressed participation” to sign a short-term contract, but added that the company was counting on more volunteers, so the “second stream” announced.

Having paused, Sukachev then listed “guarantees, benefits and compensation, under which the president signed up.” Among them are a vacation for three months while maintaining a workplace, but without a salary, a one -time payment of 100 thousand rubles, as well as the “payment of material assistance in the amount of average”. In addition, he promised “targeted assistance” to those who agreed to fight workers and their families: interest-free loans, compensation for travel on vacation and sanatorium-resort trips to the Orlenenok children's camp.

“In the event of death or health violations that impede labor duties, it is also repayment of debt under the target loan agreement, a contract of sale, housing stock and so on, everything is decided individually,” Sukachev said busily and summed up: “There is interest-please, determine, no one will lead you on the rope.”

After that, the head of the security department handed over the word to the “representative of riot police”, the police captain Ayrat Ayupov, but asked him to ask “correct” questions, because “a person in uniform will not be able to answer all questions.”

The captain suggested “in general terms to explain what was happening there”, but immediately made a reservation that “he did not know what task it would be necessary to fulfill” in the war to those who agree to sign the contract.

“The danger of artillery shelling is high,” he began. - Therefore, all that is needed to save yourself on the battlefield is necessarily armored vehicles, helmets, body armor. It is better to never shoot them. Of course, if ammunition falls nearby, it will not save much, but at large distances it is good protection. ”

Then he said that the volunteers “do not be shy to take shovels-the land is soft, dig trenches in full height”, as well as put in them “roofs from logs or from drawers from the shells”. “We put boxes from under the“ grades ”, fell asleep with earth,” he said to the silent listeners. “Or reinforced concrete slabs were found somewhere there, brought.”

Ayupov advised not to include flashlights on the street in the dark, to glue the windows in employed houses for masking the windows, do not take food from local residents in settlements and call home only in specially designated places, because “there are a lot of programs”, with which the enemy can catch a signal and determine the location.

One of the listeners specified who purchases the equipment-the volunteers or the company themselves. Sukachev replied that her “centrally” was purchased by Transneft-Prikamye.

"Wake up and go fishing." Fighting and agitation in factories

Since the beginning of the war, dozens of volunteer battalions have been created in Russia, in which people are recruited by advertising at bus stops , in kindergartens and on payment receipts .

Agitation is also carried out among employees of enterprises of various industries. Medusa wrote about such a campaign meeting at one of the enterprises of the Tomsk region, where the military commissar Seversk Sergey Mikov told employees about the conditions of service.

An employee of the fishing plant in Kamchatka handed over an audio recording from a similar meeting to the publication "Siberia. Reali". On it, a person who seems to be a military commissar offered to fishermen to sign a contract in the army and immediately receive a one -time payment of 100 thousand rubles. According to the interlocutor of the publication, the military commissar visited “and other factories” in Kamchatka in one day.

“Fishing this year was not a success. Therefore, there is such an opportunity: to serve six months here [at the front] and immediately then go fishing here. Well, it is clear that if you solve the issue with the director, ”says the military commissar on the record.

About the collection of money from the employees of the Lensky Department of the Gazprom security in Yakutia wrote Radio Liberty. But the Russian Railways employees, apparently, promised a one -time payment of 200 thousand rubles when signing a short -term contract to Ukraine - a photo of a plan of such a “planning meeting” was published by the Grani.ru.

The collection of donations and humanitarian aid for the Russian military since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine was organized inBelgorod , Novosibirsk and other cities. The All -Russian Popular Front (ONF) collects money to support the Russian army, the defense fund was also created to collect donations, the Ministry of Defense reported .

In May, Vladimir Putin instructed the regions to support military personnel and their family. Two weeks later, Ruban told Mediazone that the authorities invited them to transfer money to the ONF account, but they and colleagues refused to do this and, having agreed with the authorities, transferred 500 rubles to a colleague who came to Russia from a self -proclaimed DPR.

She said that the administration of the Bugulminsky district of Tatarstan ordered the head of their branch "to allocate two people to participate in a military operation." It was assumed that several employees of the agricultural company would sign a contract and join the volunteer battalions of Tatarstan Alga and Timer .

“They simply demanded to highlight two people who will go to the battalion, and this issue will be closed,” says Anna. - That is, there are no characteristics there, signs of quality do not require us. Just take from somewhere two people, because officials have, conditionally, a certain quota that they must fulfill. ”

At the end of July, the Department of Agrarian Policy also sent the agricultural holding branch where Listyev works, with a request to “provide personal comprehensive assistance in organizing the information and selection of workers for military service under the contract”. A week later, the branch managers received paper already from the municipal administration, in which they were asked to provide an employees in the form specified in the appendix to the document. In the appendix - a table of several columns, among which, in addition to the general list of workers, there is a section “Men's Resource”.

Despite the persistent letters of officials, until the end of August, the municipal authorities offered only the local campaign. Now, something has changed, says Listyev, however, the directive of the “allocation” of workers for war has yet entered the company only to one of the branches of the company and orally, she said.

“We are talking about the call of employees in areas, for example, crop production and livestock, that is, those who work in the fields,” she explains. - So far, the emphasis is on them. It seems to me that it is quite ugly to be called up by employees of the agricultural company, given that this is a story about security at the state level. ”

On September 6, the administration of the Solntsevsky district of the Kursk region held a meeting “On the issue of selection of citizens for military service” to the named battalion “Seim” with the leaders of agriculture in the region - with the signature of the head of the district of Gennady Eneutin sent to enterprises. The heads of farms who missed the meeting, a day later, came another paper with a demand to report “on the reasons for the absence at a meeting on the issues of selection of citizens in a registered battalion and work in this direction”. The document also states that farm managers must provide the singular list of drivers of all categories that are ready to conclude a contract for military service.

The head of the Chernozemye agricultural enterprise, Arthur Rebrov, confirmed to Mediazone that the Solntsevo district administration in early September demanded to provide a list of employees “ready to conclude a contract” for military service. When asked whether he considers the wording in the document as a pressure, Rebrov grins and says: "It depends on what emotion to read." He also says that at first the company “traveled representatives of the administration” and sent letters with requests to agitation among workers.

“They held some kind of holiday, or“ volunteer day ”they called him, recommended to bring people there,” recalls Rebrov. - Our representative went just to listen, but people were not taken. Then once again in the administration they collected, already by drivers. But we said that we have only two drivers - one of the duties of the storekeeper performs more, and the second is just a driver. I was explained with them [officials], I say: "Well, how do you imagine? And who are we going to work with?" We understand the importance of the moment, but here the agenda will come - and we will all go there. ”

The deputy head of the Solntsevo district, Elena Saraeva, first confirmed the Mediazone that they invited agricultural enterprises to the Volunteer battalion in the area, but a few minutes later she refused to comment on this topic by telephone, noting that "she agreed on this issue with the head."
