On October 1, Ovsyannikova, who became widely known after her anti-war action on the air, escaped from house arrest. This was reported to the state television channel RT by her ex -spouse Igor Ovsyannikov. According to him, Ovsyannikova took the 11-year-old daughter with her, the right to custody of whom he is trying to sue.
Earlier Ovsyannikov imposed a ban on the export of the girl abroad. Former spouses also have a 17-year-old son who decided to live with his father.
Ovsyannikov was sent under house arrest until October 9 in the case of "fakes" about the Russian army (paragraph "d" of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). The reason for the case was a picket that Ovsyannikova spent near Red Square. In her hands, she held a poster with the inscription “Putin -killer” and a mention of Ukrainian children killed by Russia.
Ovsyannikova gained fame in March, after appearing on the live air of the first channel behind the head of the leading Ekaterina Andreeva with the poster “Stop the war! Do not believe propaganda, here they lie to you. ” After that, she was fined three times under an article on the “discredit” of the army (Articles 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
