On October 1, the SBU published photo and video offices from the place of execution in the Kupyansky district of a column of cars with civilians. According to the head of the Sinegubov region, 24 people were killed in total, among them - a pregnant woman and 13 children. He laid the responsibility for the execution of the Russian military. On September 30, the Ukrainian authorities reported the shelling of the Russian troops of Nikolaev, the Dnieper and Zaporozhye.

Against the background of the counter -offset of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the south of Ukraine, the Russian troops have repeatedly attacked the country's communal infrastructure. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the infrastructure of settlements was damaged from air strikes and shelling of the RSOs: Kam, Verily Valley, Zaitsevo, New York, Kostromka, Pervomaisky, Stepnoy, Small Shcherbaki, White Krinitsa, Sukhoi Pond, Belogorovka, Yuryevka and Mirny.
