Former Channel One employee Marina Ovsyannikova published a speech for her speech in the Basmanny court, in which she stated that she refused to observe house arrest and “liberates herself” from him:
“I consider myself completely innocent, and since our state refuses to comply with its own laws, starting on September 30, 2022, I refuse to observe the preventive measure established by me in the form of house arrest and liberate myself from it.”
The Basmanny Court will begin a meeting to change the preventive measure of Ovsyannikova today (October 5) at 10:00 Moscow time.
Ovsyannikova has been under house arrest since August. The case for “fakes” was excited after a picket on Sofia Embankment, where she went out with the poster “Putin is a killer, his soldiers are fascists. 352 children died. How many more children should die so that you stop? ”
