
The municipal deputy of the Krasnoselsky district of Moscow Ilya Yashin was officially charged in a criminal case of “fakes” about the Russian army. He wrote about this in his social networks.

Yashin’s lawyer Vadim Prokhorov said that the accusation was “stupid, but formulated Vitievato”.
Yashin’s defense summoned to court as a witness to the representative of the Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov. According to the politician himself, they want to interrogate the representative of the military department "about where he draws information and why it must be taken on faith."
It is expected that by the end of October the case will be transferred to court. Now Yashin is in jail. He is charged with p. "D" of part 2 of Art. 207.3 of the Criminal Code (the distribution of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) for the fact that on April 7 on its YouTube channel, he talked about the tragedy in Bucha.
