The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case on the fact of an explosion on the Crimean bridge. For which article the case was initiated, it is not reported.

“The main investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case in connection with the incident on the Crimean bridge. According to preliminary information, this morning, a truck that entailed a fire of the seven fuel tanks of the railway, which followed in the direction of the Crimean peninsula, took place on the automobile part of the Crimean bridge from the Taman Peninsula. As a result, two automobile spans collapsed partially. On behalf of the chairman of the IC of Russia A.I. Bastrykin left for the place of the Main Directorate of Forensics (Forensic Center) of the Investigative Committee of Russia. Investigators of the IC of Russia establish all the circumstances of the incident and persons involved in the commission of a crime, ”the SK said in a statement.

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to create a government commission in connection with the “ emergency ” .
