VKontakte blocked the group "Council of Mothers and Wives"

At the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office, “VKontakte” blocked the page of “Council of Mothers and Wives”. This was reported in their Telegram channel.
“Council of mothers and wives” is a public association of mobilized relatives. They repeatedly turned to Vladimir Putin with a request to improve the training of the military before being sent to Ukraine. On November 14, the “Council of Mothers and Wives” came to the headquarters of the Western Military District in St. Petersburg to demand from the Russian authorities to withdraw conscripts from the Belgorod region and begin negotiations with Ukraine. They also insist that Russia should abandon the use of nuclear weapons.
On November 25, Vladimir Putin held a meeting with the mothers of military personnel - participants in the war in Ukraine. Neither the “Council of Mothers and Wives”, nor the “Committee of Soldiers' Mothers”, were called to her. Instead, the meeting was attended by members of United Russia and the All -Russian Popular Front. Representatives of the “Council” and “Committee” at the same time stated that they had discovered surveillance.
