The court first recognized the call to mobilize illegal

The Gatchinsky court of the Leningrad region satisfied the lawsuit of the mobilized Pavel of Mushumansky and recognized his call illegal. Lawyer Pavel Chikov wrote in his Telegram channel that the court first decided in favor of the conscript.

Before mobilization, Mushumansky underwent an alternative civil service instead of an urgent military. After the declaration of mobilization, he was called up and sent to the military unit. Then Mushumansky went to court, and he suspended the decision to mobilize before considering the case on the merits.

On November 29, the City Court of St. Petersburg rejected the appeal of the 27-year-old Kirill Berezin, who, after a call to mobilize, refused to pick up weapons, fled from the military unit and demanded to transfer it to an alternative civil service. Berezin in the complaint disputed the decision of the court of first instance, which considered it legitimate that he was called as part of mobilization. After the court session, Berezin began a panic attack, he was taken to the hospital, after which he was taken to the military unit on Vasilyevsky Island.
