According to him, the Armed Forces are constantly monitoring the situation in the republic and preparing forces for "adequate response." Moreover, so far, according to the Ukrainian side, there is no threat from Belarus.

“On the territory of Belarus, the accumulation of the union group of troops continues. So we constantly monitor this situation, and prepare our forces for adequate reaction. Now there is no threat from Belarus yet. The work that is carried out by the Armed Forces should increase the stability of our defense and the adequacy of our response to the growth of this threat. ”

If the military threat from Belarus increases, the General Staff will provide additional forces, Naev emphasized.

On October 9, Belarus accused Ukraine of "preparing an attack." In March, Lukashenko at a meeting with Vladimir Putin also hinted at some intelligence.
