A criminal case of "military fakes" (part 1 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) was brought to a resident of Novosibirsk Elena Tardasov-Yun because of the post of dead Russian military. This was reported by the activist herself.
According to the case file, on March 27, Tardasova published a post on her page on the VKontakte social network that a thousand coffins of the dead Russian troops had arrived in Novosibirsk, and also sent a message about this to the ChatsApp messenger.
"In both messages, it was indicated that this information was informed in the church, other residents of the city. So I do not consider it fakes - the source was indicated, that is, the neo -capacity of the information was noted," Elena said.
In August, the Novosibirsk police detained Tardasov-Yun in Prokopyevsk. The activist was put on the federal wanted list when she left for the Kemerovo region to her sister, although she was not under the subscription of a lower distance. After that, an activist for a month was placed in a hospital for medical examination as part of a criminal case.
