In Perm, a sentence was passed under Art. 280 Criminal Code

Konstantin Bazarov received a year of probation.

On January 26, 2023, the Kirovsky District Court of Perm issued a sentence under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).

According to the case file, in January 2020, Konstantin Bazarov posted materials on social networks that “contain linguistic and psychological signs of incitement to commit hostile acts of a violent nature against a group of persons united on religious grounds.”

Bazarov was sentenced to 1 year of probation with a probationary period of 2 years.

The verdict of the court entered into force.
