At first, the company Kopylov at first did not conduct any activities and had no special money. The thing is that Kopylov is a nominal owner who covers the real owner of these millions, Russian President Vladimir Putin with his own name.

“Kopylov is no one, just a homeless person, and in fact, and in appearance,” says a source of “project”. Our interlocutor is a former important manager of the business empire of one of the president’s closest friends, he was directly related to the management of the secret financial network, which included the Cyprus company Ermira. He agreed to a meeting with the journalists of the “project” - to a large extent, impressed by Russia's aggression against Ukraine: “They (the Russian leadership) have completely lost the shores, they must be stopped.” His story and the documents provided by him were verified by the editors and formed the basis of this investigation.

To understand the main thing about Kopylov, it is enough to read his brief comment on RBC in 2015. When the journalist phoned the entrepreneur to ask about his Cyprus business, he, apparently, quite sincerely replied that "he first hears about Ermira." The nominal owner of Ermira Consultant Ltd Vladislav Kopylov was listed until March 2015. After that, ownership passed to offshores, behind which the people of Arkady Rotenberg are allegedly standing. However, the history of its transformation into a face value is indicative.
By 2003, Kopylov worked as a lawyer for nearly thirty years, was divorced and did not achieve much success in his field. True, a good luck for him was that he came down with the circle of Putin's friends-Andrei Fursenko and Yuri Kovalchuk, who in the 90s were filled with a scientific cluster at the St. Petersburg factory "Svetlana". A whole galaxy of nominal nominal friends will come out of this cluster - for example, Oleg Gordin and Alexander Plekhov, whose names will then fall into the Panama Dossier. Plekhov represented the interests of the beneficiary in the offshore companies of Sergei Roldugin, through which more than $ 2 billion passed. Already being the “owner” of Ermira, he also became the founder of the non -profit partnership “Support for children's sports” and the shareholder of the Baltic media group. Kopylov is now employed in a non -profit partnership of children's sports, which pays him salaries - a little more than 100 thousand rubles a month. A little for the owner of the Cyprus company through which millions of dollars passed, but enough for the face value.
However, Kopylov probably received a reward in kind. Ermira received the apartment on the Petrograd side “owner” in 2003 from the same Putin's friend Andrei Fursenko. At that moment, Fursenko, who got closer to Putin back in the time of the Lake Cooperative, worked as the deputy minister of industry, and later in different quality it will become the manager of many Putin projects. Now Fursenko takes the post of assistant president. It looked as if real estate became a reward for some service that an unknown lawyer provided Putin's friends or Putin himself.

“The real owner of Ermira is President Putin,” says the interlocutor of Project. “We used the term“ pay from the Ermira ”, which meant to use Putin’s money to pay for a particular transaction (in his interests),” he explains, clarifying that sometimes money was transferred directly from the account of the Cyprus company or its subsidiaries in Russia, sometimes paid in cash. For example, the people of Arkady Rotenberg used the term “Ermir in the broad sense of the word”, says the interlocutor of the “project”, referring to the “common fund”, the money that they accumulate in the accounts and which are intended for the President of Russia.
The story of our interlocutor sounds sensational - after all, until recently, it was believed that Ermira indirectly belonged to Putin’s friend, to that Arkady Rotenberg himself, including because it was established by the former company manager Dmitry Kalantyr and had intersections with other businesses of the Putin's friend. But the further investigation of the Project showed that Ermira is really connected with Putin much more closely than anyone else.
Firstly, in the work of Ermira, several people unrelated to each other were involved at once from Putin's entourage. The money of the Cyprus company in Russia was stored in two banks - the main account was opened in the Bank "Russia", among the shareholders of which Putin's friends in Leningrad and his mistress Svetlana Krivologi, and the reserve account existed in the SMP Rotenberg Bank. According to available reporting, the money in Ermira was transferred at least the Cypriot company of Rotenberg Olpon Investments Ltd and the Bahamas offshore Seasons Investment Management, the latter transferred Ermira $ 140 million on December 2008. Bagams hide the owners of offshore, but it is known that the Cyprus company Waidelotte Directors runs the SEASONS Investment. Other Waidelotte projects are offshores of a close friend of Putin Gennady Timchenko, the Secret Business Empire Dmitry Medvedev, recorded by his classmate Ilya Eliseev, as well as a company of another St. Petersburg businessman from the Putin circle of Igor Antoshin. The latter is known for making the Putin Scientific Director, the Rector of the Mining University in St. Petersburg, Vladimir Litvinenko, giving way to a large package of Fosagro shares.
Secondly, the direct management and legal support of Ermira was also engaged in managers, seconded by the presidential friends. Among others, these were Dmitry Lebedev, now holding the post of head of the Board of Directors of the Russian Bank, and lawyer Ivan Serditov, who first worked in the company Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasyev and partners "(it was created by Putin's friend Nikolai Egorov), and then transferred to work in the presidential managers. The name of Serditov was already in the press - he controlled an offshore on which Putin's palace in Gelendzhik was recorded (more about this - below).

“We were starting from the Soviet nameless vodka, which appeared on the shelves in 1983, cost cheaper than other vodoks and was called Andropovka in everyday life,” recalls Marketer Stanislav Kaufman, who in 2002, working in the Winxim company, was now invented by the well -known vodka brand Putinka. However, Putinka did not stop at all - it was sold and sold. And there are good reasons for this.
The Winxim company, inventing a new brand, knew who to contact. “Oleg Pokhuta, the co -owner of Winexim, asked Rotenberg to receive permission from Putin (to use his name -“ Project ”) and succeeded in this,” says the interlocutor of Project, the source in the Russian alcohol market also retold. As a result, the blockage had to share a share in the business he invented. It was not possible to get a commentary of the blockage “project”. Putin and Rotenberg became its co -owners: from the very beginning, they controlled all the earnings on Putinka - from the right to the brand to the production and trading of the presidential vodka.

In March 2004, the Stolkhuta company transferred the rights to the trademark of the inconspicuous company Primpesx. By that time, this company was already firmly in love with Putin - in June 2003, the company applied for registration of the Putinushka trademark. Directors of Promimpex were managed by managers related to the Rotenberg SMPBank - Elena Ruzyak and Evgenia Viryasova. The Promimpex belonged to the offshore from the British Virgin Islands Eplaxa Ltd, whose beneficiary was Ruzyak, and Evgeny Levin (through premium LLC. Levin, an employee of the legal support of business, which served the structure of Rotenberg).
In 2014, Promimpex lost the rights to Putinka directly to the Russian “daughter” Ermira Consultants-“Real-Invest”. Until the very recent time, Real-Invest received royalty for using the brand by the Moscow Alcohol Plant Crystal, which is also controlled by Rotenberg people. For example, in 2018, 2.3 million rubles were received in the form of royalties. In 2021, Real-Invest was eliminated, and the rights to Putinka retreated to a new legal entity with an opaque structure-Baikal-Invest. In the USA, Baikal-Invest declared the rights to a brand back in 2011. We cannot say that the new owner of the vodka brand is also associated with Ermira and ultimately with Putin, but it is known for sure that the same Rotenberg managers are behind Baikal Invest, which are associated with other Putin’s projects. Formally, the owners of Baikal are hidden behind a closed share fund, which is managed by the Fin-Partner company, which was previously (through Center-M LLC), controlled by Arkady and Boris Rotenberg, and since 2012 Vladimir Dinikov, who previously worked as the director of the SMP-Bank-SMP-Energo, SMP-Benergo. Fin-Partner also participates in the management of one of the assets of Ermira, which will be discussed in the last chapter of this text.
How the owners of Putinka changed
Finally, the trading of Putinka is also in the hands of the right people-namely, the East European distribution company, according to the documents of the President of the Judo Federation, the closest friend and partner of the Rotenbergs Vasily Anisimov. The interlocutor of the “project” who knows both is sure that Rotenberg informally shares this business with Anisimov.

According to him, even in the zero years, the distributors who wanted to trade a “Putka” wore Rotenberg bags full of cash - in the form of a fee for permission to sell vodka named after the President. Part of this money was “always intended for Putin,” he says.

The declared action lasted until the opening of polling stations on March 4.

And Putin did a lot to earn this money. At the beginning of 2015, the minimum retail price of the vodka, which the state establishes, was first not increased, but reduced - to 185 rubles. Experts were then perplexed - how is this consistent with the course to combat drunkenness? Everything was simple: the fact is that the main beneficiaries of that solution were manufacturers of cheap vodoks, including Putinka. Another beneficiary was the Status Group company, associated with the then head of the Rosalkogolreguli, Igor Chuyan and again Rotenberg. Meeting then with the State Council, the president said: "Illegal vodka, all sorts of surrogates, alcohol of this kind arise from a certain overstatement of legal prices." Putin did not say a word about personal interest in cheap vodka.

When a few years ago, two informed sources of the “project”, one is a former senior federal official, the other is the former media imperial manager Yuri Kovalchuk almost literally repeated the phrase “National Media Group” (NMG) in reality belongs to Putin himself, ”it seemed an exaggeration. To date, it was believed that the NMG, which plays a huge role in the "flushing of the brains" of Russians, is controlled by the closest friend and adviser to Putin Yuri Kovalchuk. The Bank "Russia", where Kovalchuk is the main shareholder, owns 35.5% of the NMG shares (21.2% via Sogaz), more than 26.22% controls Surgutneftegaz. However, if you investigate the activities of Ermira, it turns out that Putin himself managed to earn money on the lodging of fellow citizens.

According to the mean reporting of the NMG, Ermira in 2009 owned 24% of the company's shares, but later its share probably decreased. In any case, from the latest reporting, it follows that as of 2014, in the possession of Ermira, it was as if 1.6% of the shares of NMG and 3% of the shares of the television and radio company “Petersburg”, which is part of the NMG. NMG brings money to its shareholders-receipts from advertising make a media-holding profitable. In 2019, the NMG received 41.8 billion rubles of revenue from the services for advertising on television channels. Profit for the same year is 1.5 billion rubles.
From the reporting it is also evident that Putin’s Cyprus company was enriched with the NMG shares of the NMG: for example, in 2013, Ermira acquired 7.5% of the shares for 76 million euros, but three months later, it was supposedly sold to Gennady Timchenko for 65.6 million euros more expensive. The fact of sale and the value of the transaction are reflected in the annual report of the company.

Savoyan, то есть «Эрмира в широком смысле слова», выдала «Комплексу» займы на 10,3 млрд рублей , следует из документов, изученных «Проектом». Еще 6,7 млрд туда же направила другая «дочка» Ermira Consultants, офшор Cluelan Investments. Последний офшор за период с 2011 по 2014 годы перевел всем «прокладкам», связанным с дворцом, не менее 11,5 млрд рублей , следует из изученных «Проектом» документов.
Источник «Проекта» показал копии внутренних смет, по которым рассчитывались с подрядчиками строительства «пансионата» (именно так дворец называется в документах). Ротенберг лично ставил свою подпись под сметами и решением о выдаче денег на строительство . В распоряжении редакции имеются документы, подписанные Ротенбергом, подпись идентична верифицированной подписи Аркадия Ротенберга.

Часть расчетов велась безналичным способом, часть — наличными, которые получал Олег Кузнецов, начальник отвечавшей за стройку войсковой части 1473 — позже переименована в Управление эксплуатации имущества органов государственной охраны Федеральной службы охраны.
Изученные «Проектом» сметы дают представление о масштабах роскоши, задуманной в путинском дворце. Так, лишь «сборка и расстановка мебели и предметов интерьера» в главном корпусе обошлись в 248 млн рублей, шторы в главном корпусе — в 43 млн рублей, декоративная роспись в главном корпусе — 21 млн рублей.

После фильма Навального о дворце, президенту и его окружению опять пришлось выкручиваться. На территорию объекта пустили сотрудников государственных телеканалов. Корреспондент «Вестей» Александр Рогаткин особенно преуспел в «разоблачении» Навального. На царский дворец объект не тянет, уверял Рогаткин: «Вообще тут грязно, идут строительные работы». Однако в сюжете Рогаткина был момент, который на его месте было бы лучше скрыть. Показывая, что въезд во дворец стережет не ФСО, а сотрудники частного охранного предприятия, Рогаткин пустил в кадр людей в униформе ЧОПа «Горизонт».

В России есть лишь одна компания с таким названием и она ежемесячно получает оплату за охранные услуги от фирмы «Платинум». А ведь «Платинум», как и Ermira, по факту принадлежит Путину, владельцу дворца. И вот почему это важно.

Формально говоря, «Платинум» — это российская «дочка» Ermira, учрежденная в далеком 2004 году, когда Путин лишь начинал свой второй срок на посту президента. В 2009 году «Платинум» переписали на племянника Путина Михаила Шеломова, еще одного давно известного номинала президента. Едва учредив «Платинум», Ermira перечислила «дочке» 2,5 млрд рублей или $87,7 млн , следует из отчетности Ermira. На какие цели пошли эти деньги и для чего «Платинум» вообще нужен?

Вся деятельность «Платинума» сводится к трем нехитрым задачам. Во-первых, на «Платинум» была оформлена покупка крупного пакета акций государственной энергетической компании «Газпром» — с этого актива путинская фирма получает регулярные и значительные дивиденды (например, в 2019 году — свыше полумиллиарда рублей , следует из финансовых документов компании).
Во-вторых, «Платинум» владеет пакетом акций в размере 2,27% того самого банка «Россия», где среди собственников все участники путинского круга — от его друга Ковальчука до любовницы Кривоногих.
И в-третьих, «Платинум» с 2013 года владеет уникальной виллой на территории санатория управделами президента «Русь» в Сочи. Этот санаторий когда-то был отобран у компании ЮКОС и передан Кремлю, но не целиком — роскошные виллы внутри отошли приближенным Путина и, как теперь понятно, ему самому . До «Платинума» вилла также была записана на номиналов путинского круга — Марину Анисимову и Анастасию Голубчанскую, связанных с дворцом Путина в Геленджике. Был в многолетней деятельности компании Ermira один эпизод, в котором хоть и не фигурируют огромные деньги, но который очень многое говорит о тайном владельце этого актива, президенте Путине.

Осенью 2010 года в России проходила перепись населения. Под объективы телекамер переписчицу пригласили в некое помещение, обставленное серой мебелью, где на диване восседала семья — Владимир и Людмила Путины в одежде в тон дивана. Цветом из этой унылой картины выбивалась лишь лабрадор Кони. Переписчица начала с заученного вопроса: «Скажите, вы проживаете одним домохозяйством?». Возникла неловкая пауза, Путина взглянула на мужа, и только после его кивка тоже ответила: «Да». Супруги тогда не признались, что каждый уже живет отдельной жизнью. Объявление о разводе — в таком же уныло обставленном телеинтерьере — прозвучит только спустя три года, в 2013 году. Однако встреча с переписчицей в 2010 году нам очень важна.

Президент распорядился «оплатить с Эрмиры» покупку Очеретному квартиры , говорит собеседник «Проекта». «Мероприятие было странным. Они хотели квартиру на Ленинградке (район Ленинградского проспекта в Москве — „Проект“), в обычном многоквартирном доме. «Проект» нашел эту квартиру — 120-метровая «трешка» в Кочновском проезде — была записана на Очеретного с 2010-го до 2013-го года , согласно данным Росреестра. Потом она была переписана на офшор с Британских Виргинских островов — не такая уж распространенная практика, когда речь идет об обычных квартирах в спальном районе столицы. «Проект» знает еще о паре сделок, которые Очеретный провел с людьми, связанными с компанией Ermira. Он мог заработать на этих сделках значительные деньги.
В частности, в 2013 году, когда Путины официально развелись, Очеретный купил нежилое помещение в подмосковном Троицке у юрлиц, связанных с Ermira и Ротенбергом . Одно помещение с 2008 по 2009 год принадлежало фирме «Стик», связанной с производством «Путинки» и учрежденной Ermira Consultants, следующим владельцем была компания «Финанс — Инвест К», принадлежащая сотруднице СМПБанка Елене Рузяк. Второе с 2008 по 2012 год принадлежало «Финанс — Инвест К». Едва купив, Очеретный продал помещения другому юрлицу, опять же связанному с Ротенбергом — ООО «Рентал Альянс». Еще одно коммерческое здание в 849 к.м. в московском районе Измайлово Очеретный также получил 19 ноября 2013 года, а спустя 9 дней также продал его фирме, связанной с Ротенбергами — той же «Рентал Альянс».

Эта недвижимость вряд ли представляет коммерческий интерес для Очеретного или Ротенберга — выглядит так, как будто семье бывшей жены Путина потребовалось выплатить немалую сумму в виде дохода от сделок с недвижимостью. О каких деньгах идет речь, можно представить из следующей истории. В мае 2022 года собственником тех же помещений стал Мособлбанк, очередной актив Ротенберга. Помещение в Троицке банк выставил на продажу за 360 млн рублей. Сравнимую сумму в 346 млн рублей Очеретный получил за его продажу в 2013 году , согласно документам, находящимся в распоряжении «Проекта». Еще 147 млн рублей Очеретный получил и за здание в районе Измайлово.

Спустя месяцы после сделок с фирмами «Эрмиры» Очеретный купил шикарное жилье сначала во французском Биаррице, а позже — в швейцарском Давосе. Сумма обеих покупок примерно соответствует доходу, полученному Очеретным при сделках с юрлицами «Эрмиры» . В декабре 2013 года Очеретный купил виллу площадью 450 кв.м. в городке Англет за 240 млн. рублей. Спустя год в Давосе Очеретный купил 200-метровую квартиру за 263 млн. рублей. Фото команды Алексея Навального В 2010 году, то есть в период, когда Путины, скорее всего, уже де факто расстались, Очеретный также стал владельцем двух земельных участков . общая площадь участков 44 соток, текущая средняя стоимость — 150,3 млн рублей в подмосковном поселке Писково, в элитном Истринском районе, а в 2013-2014 гг, опять же после официального развода Путиных, продал их компании, связанной с СМП Банком Ротенберга . Директор «СервисЦентр», купившей участки, Максим Чекалин в это же время был директором компании, подконтрольной зампреду правления СМП Банка. Сумма этих сделок неизвестна.
Была у Ermira Consultants и «дочка», которая предназначалась для дочери президента Марии Воронцовой, а точнее для ее теперь уже бывшего супруга — голландца Йоррита Фаассена , рассказывает источник «Проекта». Это подтверждается изученными редакцией документами. Эта компания называлась Berocci Investments. Согласно изученным «Проектом» документам, этот офшор был учрежден с важной миссией — на него оформили покупку четырех земельных участков и двух домов в суперэлитном районе Подмосковья, в поселке «Усово Плюс» прямо рядом с рублевской резиденцией Путина «Ново-Огарево» . Связь виргинской и кипрской компаний косвенно подтверждается и тем, что три земельных участка и один дом прямо принадлежали Ermira Consultants до 2013 года, и потом были переписаны на Berocci Investments. Стоит эта недвижимость около 350 млн рублей . Расчет сделан по средней стоимости домов, выставленных на продажу в поселке «Усово Плюс». Оба дома стоят на соседних улицах, причем один — площадью свыше 800 кв.м. с баней и бассейном — располагается впритык к забору президентской резиденции.

Охрана последнего догнала голландца и избила его бейсбольными битами. В этот же день Урин был задержан сотрудниками ФСО и лично начальником московской полиции Владимиром Колокольцевым. В итоге банкир получил срок за избиение, а потом еще и за мошенничество.
Этот эпизод и щедрый земельный подарок Фаассену показывают, насколько зять-иностранец был важен Путину. Но именно «был». Ведь про недвижимость в Усово важно знать еще одну деталь — как и в случае с квартирой Очеретного, Путин не отдал дома своему зятю в собственность.

Сейчас вся эта роскошь записана , согласно выпискам из Росреестра, на закрытый паевой фонд с узнаваемым названием — «Бероччи» , что напоминает транслитерацию названия компании Berocci Investments, «дочки» Ermira Consultants, а управляет этим фондом все та же фирма «Фин-Партнер», уже упоминавшаяся здесь как компания-прокладка, обеспечивающая прикрытие коррупционным сделкам на деньги путинского «общака».

Итак, неприметная кипрская компания Ermira Consultants, которой владеет номинал, а управляют друзья Путина, вовлечена в многомиллионные операции в интересах самого президента России. Она строит для него дворец, покупает недвижимость для его семьи, зарабатывает на водке его имени и скупает энергетические и медийные активы. Все ли это известные нам факты о компании Ermira? No. Есть еще как минимум одна история, которая доказывает связь этой фирмы с Путиным куда больше, чем все остальные вместе взятые. Чтобы начать этот рассказ, вернемся в Сочи.
