On February 7, 2023, the Elizovsky District Court of the Kamchatka Territory held liable under Part 5 of Art. 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (implementation of missionary activity with violations of the requirements of legislation on freedom of conscience, freedom of religion and religious associations, committed by a foreign citizen) Anvarjon Aliyev.
