The father of the schoolgirl who painted the anti -war drawing was sent under house arrest

The Efremovsky Interdistrict Court of the Tula Region sent Alexei Moskalev, the father of the girl who painted an anti-war drawing at the school, the lawyer from the OVD-Info Vladimir Bilienko. Moskalev is accused of “discrediting” the army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code).

"Mediazona" with reference to a lawyer writes that Moskalev’s daughter Masha will be able to live with her father, who brings her up alone. After his detention, she was sent to the shelter.

The criminal case on Moskalev was opened at the end of last year. It all started with the fact that his daughter Masha painted an anti -war picture in the art lesson and the director announced the family to the police. After that, Moskaleva and his daughter were interrogated several times, on his page on social networks they found posts in support of Ukraine. Before the New Year, the Moskalevs were searched by the Moskalevs, after which his father and daughter left the city of Efremov, in which they lived. On March 1, Moskalev was detained “for investigative actions” and sent to the IVS, and Masha was taken to a shelter.
