In Perm for two adolescents and their parents, protocols drew up after detention on an action dedicated to the anniversary of the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov. This was reported by the OVD-Info with reference to the lawyer Artem Fayzulin.
On February 27, adolescents George and Dmitry were detained and delivered to the police department No. 6. On that day, one of them hung a banner with the inscription “Fight 1959-2015” near the central market. The second young man only photographed a banner.

The father came to the police department to one of the detainees, a protocol on the failure to fulfill the duties of raising a minor (Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) came to him. Later, a similar protocol was drawn up for the mother of the second teenager.
George and Dmitry were released from the police department on the same day, but on March 1 and 2 they were called to the administration of the Leninsky district of Perm. There, adolescents drew up administrative protocols on violation of the rules for placing campaign and other information materials on buildings (Article 6.8.1 of the Law on Administrative Offenses in the Perm Territory).
The commission on minors will consider their cases.

On charges of his murder to 20 years in prison, Zaura Dadaev was sentenced . Four more defendants received from 11 to 19 years in prison. The customer of the murder has not yet been found.
