Against the 65-year-old head of the Ural Memorial, two protocols for the "discrediting" of the army

Against the head of the Ural Memorial, 65-year-old Alexei Mosin, two protocols were drawn up under an article on the “discredit” of the Russian army. This was reported by the "Memorial".

Mosin for each protocol faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles, as well as the initiation of a criminal case for the repeated “discredit” of the army with a period of up to five years in prison.

Early in the morning, the police came home to Mosin and took him to the Yeltsin Center warehouse to pick up the constituent documents of the Memorial legal entities. Then he was delivered to the police department, where two protocols were drawn up against him under an article on “discrediting” due to materials published on the site of the Ural Memorial. Among the screenshots attached to the protocols there is also a statement by the “International Memorial” for the anniversary of the full -scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Earlier, the “Orenburg Cossack army” had already complained about these publications, noting that the Russian army in them was called the aggressor, and the “special operation” - an invasion.

The Memorial notes that Mosin is not the head of the Ural Memorial website and has no access to it. The pursuit of the human rights activist, according to the organization, is associated with his support for the ex-mayor of Yekaterinburg Evgeny Roizman, who is judged by a criminal article on a repeated “discredit” of the army.
