The fashion designer Vyacheslav Zaitsev died, reports Mash. He was 85 years old.

According to this Telegram channel, the fashion designer was taken to the hospital of the city of Shchelkovo, next to which his dacha is located. This happened on the afternoon of April 30 after his gastric bleeding opened.

After conducting computed tomography, Zaitsev sent a resuscitation, where he died at about 18 hours Moscow time.

In 2016, the fashion designer admitted that he was suffering from Parkinson's disease in severe form. It was laterreported that he cannot move independently and partially paralyzed.

Vyacheslav Zaitsev graduated from the Moscow Textile Institute in 1962. After that, he was distributed to the experimental and technical sewing factory in the Grandmother's district. His collection of workwear for women workers, which was rejected by the methodological council of the factory, was published in the French magazine Paris Match.

Since then, Zaitsev has become a winner of many international competitions. Including he received the Grand Prix of the World Fashion Festival in 1967. In 1982, the fashion designer became the artistic director of the Moscow Fashion House on Mira Avenue, and in 1988 - its director.
