The State Duma deputy from the Communist Party Mikhail Matveev drew attention to this, he published a post in his Telegram channel.

The deputy noted that the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2021 awarded the company "Andi" - the manufacturer of this cider - the titles "Samara Product" and "Made in the Samara Region". According to him, by the time the producer was awarded, protocols on the “distribution of counterfeit products” were already drawn up, but then the owner of the manufacturer Anar Huseynov received only a warning from the court.

“The poisoners of the sidrome greatly undermined the trust not only of the drink, but also to the authorities of the Samara region. Indeed, it was the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Samara Region (Minister Andrei Shamin, head of the Department of Trade and Consumer Market Julia Klinkova), judging by the website of the Producer of the poison from Huseynov-Ogly, that awarded their sign “Samara Product” last year (something like a local quality mark). Matveev added that the judge of the Samara arbitration Tatyana Matyukhina issued Huseynov a warning, freeing from a fine of 10 thousand rubles. According to the deputy, this judge must be removed, as well as resigned the leadership of Rospotrebnadzor in the Samara region.
