
The European Union approved the 11th package of sanctions against Russia. According to the website of the European Council, it includes, in particular, a complete ban on oil supplies on the northern branch of the Druzhba oil pipeline to Germany and Poland.

In addition, the sanctions were affected by 87 organizations supporting the military -industrial complex of Russia and the war in Ukraine. Among them are four Iranian enterprises supplying drones to Russia. More stringent export restrictions on dual -use goods and technologies will be applied against these organizations.
General Alexander Lapin and the son of the ex-head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Artem SAS fell under the sanctions. Also in the list are the "military commissar" Evgeny Poddubny, Semyon Pegov and Alexander Scholkov. The sanctions affected the head of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev and the head of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev. The businessman Artyom Chaik and his brother Igor Chaika, as well as political analyst Sergei Karaganov, fell under the restrictions.
