In Bulgaria, next to the city of Carnobat, there was an explosion in the weapons warehouse of Emko, businessman Amilina Goebreva, reports the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency (BTA). He has supplied weapons to Ukraine since 2014.

Local residents are talking about "several powerful explosions" that sounded in the region of the morning. The regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Burgas confirms this information and notes that there are no injuries as a result of the incident. Now the object is closed, a group of experts and investigators will be formed within 72 hours who will find out the cause of the fire. The scale of the damage has not yet been reported.

The warehouse belongs to Emko businessman Emelyan Gebreva. It was located on the territory of four former army barracks. In August 2022, a fire occurred in another Goebrev arms warehouse. Then the businessman declared intentional arson and that we cannot talk about a “human mistake”.

In 2014, Goebrev warehouse in the Czech Republic was blown up. Then The New York Times found out that he sent ammunition in the boxes in the boxes that were marked as setting to Thailand.

In 2015, an assassination attempt was made on Emelyan Goebrev. Goebrev (as well as his son and one of the top managers of his company) were hospitalized with symptoms of severe poisoning. Later, the Laboratory of the University of Helsin, specializing in chemical weapons, was able to establish traces of two organophosphates that testified that they tried to kill the entrepreneur with neuro-paralytic matter belonging to the Novice family.
