For the first time, this meme appeared on the Image Border "Dvach", and since then it has been often used in social networks in ironic comments on alarming news. Usually it mentions a relative or acquaintance of the author, who works in the state structure. Then it is described that he returns from a certain invented meeting or meeting, warns his relatives and acquaintances about the danger, calls to stock up on foods or leave.

Channel One described the situation as if this message is published at the direction of some centralized structure in order to misinform the population or sow panic in society.
