The Ministry of Defense published a video of Shoigu's arrival at the command post of one of the associations of the West group. When it was removed, it is unknown. Military blogger Boris Rozhin wrote on June 23 that he visited Shoigu with the Inspectorate of the Belgorod Region to verify troops and positions. The Rybar Telegram channel believes that the video shown on Monday was shot during this trip.

Russian propaganda Telegram channels reported that Shoigu could be shifted from the post of Minister of Defense, and the current governor of the Tula region Alexei Dyumin will take his place. It was also reported that Dyumin held negotiations on the end of the rebellion on June 24. On the same day, the press service of the Government of the Tula region called this information inappropriate reality. “The identified issues go beyond the powers of the governor,” the press service emphasized.

Earlier, The Insider wrote that Dyumin is associated with Prigozhin close relations. Dyumin, who headed the Tula region in 2016, previously worked as deputy minister of defense of Russia, and even earlier - the guard of Vladimir Putin.
