The Financial Times correspondent Christopher Miller wrote on Twitter that the rocket hit the building of the shopping center located next to the Kramatorsk hotel. The building was located in the RIA Pizza restaurant.

The Belgian journalist Arno de Dexer, who is located in Kramatorsk, published a photo that he, he said, took 20 minutes before the explosions in Ria Pizza. The journalist clarifies that he heard two explosions in the city center.
