This is what we need to take from the Wagnerians. There is nothing to be afraid of them. We keep the ear in vain, ”said Lukashenko.

Recall, on June 24, in agreement with Vladimir Putin, Alexander Lukashenko held negotiations with Evgeny Prigozhin, who organized a military campaign to Moscow. They ended with an agreement on the beginning of de -escalation and stopping the movement of the Wagnerians in Russia. Prigozhin himself stated that his mercenaries are leaving for the location. Later, the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov said that all charges from the head of the Wagner PMC will be removed, and he will “go to Belarus”

After the failed rebellion, Prigozhin stated that “the purpose of the campaign was to prevent the destruction of the Wagner PMC and bring to justice all persons who, with their unprofessional actions, made a huge number of mistakes during their own.”

According to him, Wagner's PMC allegedly was going to disarm on June 30, but a blow was struck by the militants, as a result of which about 30 people were killed.

“We did not want to shed Russian blood. We went to demonstrate our protest, and not to overthrow power in the country, ”Prigozhin said.
