A case was initiated in the Stavropol region under Article 282.4 of the Criminal Code

In Stavropol, a criminal case has been initiated on the repeated demonstration of the Nazi swastika in the social network.

On July 27, 2023, the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Stavropol Territory announced that a criminal case had been initiated against a 68-year-old pensioner.

The case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 282.4 of the Criminal Code (repeated display of Nazi symbols). According to the investigation, in January 2023, the pensioner published photos with a Nazi swastika on his social network page. Previously, he had already been involved in a similar offense under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
