The federal list of extremist materials has grown to item 5356

On July 28, 2023, the Federal List of Extremist Materials was updated. The list was replenished: a xenophobic song with calls for violence, another musical composition of the Okolorep group, a song praising the Columbine subculture.

5354 Information material in the form of an audio recording by the performer Okolorep with the title “In 10 Years” with a duration of about 01 minutes 06 seconds, which begins with Russian words performed by a male voice to the music: “Boys, go for a joke?”, Ends with the words “... with all your own” ziguem “young and old, completely (obscene expression) has become”, contained in the information and communication network “Internet” (decision of the Severomorsky district court of the Murmansk region of 05/23/2023);

The ultra-right group "Okolorep", founded in 2007, positions itself as "a patriotic Russian rap project that "delivers pinpoint strikes against ... illegal migration and the occupation policy of certain political parties and forces." Previously, the group's songs had already been recognized as extremist and were added to the Federal List of Extremist Materials (item 3332).

5355 Informational material is an audio recording (song) by dmtboy with the name "Columbine" lasting about 02 minutes 15 seconds, which begins with words performed by a male voice to the music: "Columbine. Columbine...”, ends with the words “I detonate a bomb in the first class “A”, contained in the information and communication network “Internet” (decision of the Polyarny District Court of the Murmansk Region of 16.05.2023);

Recall that on February 2, 2022, the Supreme Court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office and recognized the Columbine movement (another name is Schoolshooting) as a terrorist organization and banned its activities in Russia. We consider the designation of the Columbine subculture as a terrorist organization unreasonable and dangerous.

5356 Information material - an audio recording and text of a musical composition called "Dairy Products - Vali Khachey" (another name is "Volk Group - Vali Khachey"), lasting from 01 min. 46 seconds, beginning with the words: “Eh ... there are too many in Russia, Khachis inhabited my entire Motherland ...” and ending with the words: “... Black ... freaks! Black... freaks!” (decision of the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Penza dated May 12, 2023).
