A case has been opened in Tomsk regarding the repeated display of Nazi symbols

A resident of Tomsk showed passers-by his own tattoos with a swastika.

In July 2023, the Investigative Committee for the Tomsk Region initiated a criminal case against a resident of the city of Tomsk, suspected under Part 1 of Art. 282.4 of the Criminal Code (repeated propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols).

In May 2023, a resident of Tomsk was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and demonstration of Nazi symbols).

In June 2023, near a residential building on Irkutsky Trakt Street in Tomsk, he showed passers-by his own swastika tattoos.
