“The presence of a disclaimer is not a legal basis for exemption from liability for the spread of illegal information,” Mizulina believes.

Sobchak herself answered Mizulina in her Telegram channel, emphasizing that her business as a journalist was to reveal the hero and his views, as well as his motivation.
