Ivanovo: the case under Art. 354.1

In Ivanovo, the investigation into the publication of a video on a social network, which, according to investigators, exonerates Nazism, has been completed.

In August 2023, it became known that in Ivanovo the investigation of the case under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (rehabilitation of Nazism).

A 41-year-old local resident will soon be in the dock, who, according to law enforcement agencies, published a video on her social network page denying the facts established by the verdict of the International Military Tribunal for the trial and punishment of the main war criminals of the European Axis countries. The contents of the recording, unfortunately, were not disclosed.

The case has already been sent to court for consideration on the merits.
