Gladkov: 12 “air targets” were shot down over Belgorod and the Belgorod district.

Over the Belgorod and the Belgorod District, 12 “air targets” are knocked down by air defense systems, according to the Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

Gladkov claims that the “goals” were shot down on the approach to the city. Information about possible destruction is specified.

The report of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation says that at about 14:00 “an attempt by the Kiev regime to make a terrorist attack” was suppressed by two drones of the aircraft type. It is reported that these UAVs were destroyed over the Belgorod region. There are no victims and destruction, they assure the department.

Earlier on August 20, it became known that the drones attacked Moscow, Kursk and the Rostov region. Two metropolitan airports were temporarily closed.
