The court sentenced four Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces to 27 years of the colony on charges of killing a civilian resident

The court sentenced four Ukrainian troops to the terms of up to 27 years in a colony on charges of killing a civilian in Ukrainian Mariupol. According to the press service of the IC of Russia, the court gave Andrei Kamenev for 26 years, and Anton Liverchuk, Yuri Kuchevenko and Sergey Gritsiv-27 years each.

Depending on the role of each, they are found guilty of cruelty to the civilian population (part 1 of article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and a murder, a perfect group based on political and ideological hatred (paragraphs “w”, “l” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to the investigation, which was approved by the court appointed by Russia, Kamenev, Liverchuk, Gritsiv and Kucheryvenko in April 2022 were located on combat positions near the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich. On April 10, 2022, Liverchuk, Kuchevenko and Gritsiv detained a civilian resident, which Kamenev was reported, and he, in turn, reported to commander Evgeny Bow. Also, the higher command was reported that the man had two cell phones in which there was no information about his connection with the RF Armed Forces or sabotage activities.

Bova, according to the IC of the Russian Federation, allegedly knew that the detainee was a civilian, but gave Kamenev an order to execute the detainee. Kamenev brought this order to Liverchuk, and he to his subordinates - Kuchevenko and Gritsiv. After that, Kucheryvenko and Gritsiv took the victim to the basement of one of the buildings located on the territory of the plant. Ilyich, and from the machine gun Kalashnikov and the pistol was shot.

SK claims that during the preliminary investigation, the defendants pleaded guilty.
