In the contract, neighboring Krasnoyarsk Territory with the Irkutsk region, an advertisement for a contract under the last few days was noticed in ordinary schools. At school No. 45 of Krasnoyarsk, a poster advertising the opportunity to go to serve, hung right on the school board in one of the classes, and the parents of students sent photos to local journalists. The education department in response to the questions of why to advertise the army service at the school, said: “The city administration fulfills the task of informing the townspeople about the possibility of admission to contract military service. We also note that the posters are hung in public areas (at the information stand, in the reception and public office, that is, in those in which various events are held to inform the adult population). There were no complaints from parents to the school administration. ”

A few days later, outdoor advertising with an absolutely similar image was seen on a school fence in Solonets (suburb of Krasnoyarsk). The interlocutor of The Insider in one of the Siberian municipalities notes that it cannot be said that there was more this advertisement. “It just became more aggressive, firstly, and its placement began to control more, and secondly. All these layouts - they come from Moscow. From there - to the region, from the region - to us. And now they began to ask more strictly: whether the advertisement was hanging, in sight, and so on. Therefore, it became no more - it became more noticeable, ”he says.

Also, advertising is now sent to every house and every apartment directly officials. The authors of the Telegram channel "Irkutsk Blog" drew attention to such a format as an official letter on the form of the municipal structure signed by the official, written in an informal and emotional style.

For example, the document, which was signed by Deputy Mayor of Irkutsk Elena Dorokhova, says: “Today is a turning point for Russia. And each of us depends on which country our children and grandchildren will live. <...> Every day, dozens of Irkutsk people decide to be next to those who do real male work - protects their homeland! This is their personal decision - a voluntary choice of real men who know why they went to serve. History taught us that the Nazis could not beg. It can only be defended. ” The official turns to the addressee of the letter “as a person whose experience and skills are able to bring real assistance to our country. Homeland needs your help! End in the ranks of the defenders of the Fatherland. ”

Journalists of the Irkutsk Blog, in turn, calculated that the number of advertising posts promoting the contract under the contract increased very much in the summer: “The results of the summer: from the start of the publication of advertising in March, it decreased - up to a week in early July, when not a single post on contract service was published. However, then there was a sharp increase: for some time the service advertising was published almost every day, sometimes 2 times a day. By September, the activity of publishing an advertisement for the contract under the contract has again declined. ”
