In the Perm region a sentence was passed under Art. 280 Criminal Code

A resident of the Perm region was sentenced to restriction of freedom.

In October 2023, it became known that the Perm District Court of the Perm Territory passed a verdict under Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).

According to the press service of the FSB Directorate for the Perm Territory, a resident of the region “posted materials on social networks containing linguistic and psychological signs of incitement to commit acts of a violent nature against a group of people united by race.”

The court sentenced the perpetrator to six months of restriction of freedom.
